The is is to create an intercontinental network between HEIs from Europe and Latin America with the aim to improve the quality and access to teaching-learning programs through the implementation of high quality MOOCs that address the development of competencies and knowledge that are required in today’s learners.

This is a Fondecyt Project, funded by the Chilean government from 15 November 2015 until 15 November 2018. The overall goal of this project is to investigate the SRL strategies used by learners in MOOCs and propose and evaluate mobile technological solutions that complement MOOC platforms to help learners improve their SRL strategies and maximize success.
